A lot of fresh options for meal. Comfortable bed in the apartment, plus a sofa bed, central heating, and flat-screen television. Prime location with sea views near to the beach Maria Pia, Sardinia and surrounding wineries.

Very very helpful and best staff at the reception desk, huge apartment. A lot of facilities like: a refrigerator, a microwave, and air conditioner. Large bed and GOOD location near the sea.

Everything was fine, including amicable staff and unbeatable location close to the best beach next to viale I Maggio. I were moved to a penthouse apartment with AC, large balconies, for example.

We enjoyed the hotel, its optimal and ideal location and extremely helpful staff. They gave us a huge and extremely spacious room with bedroom, a comfortable bed, THREE huge balconies. Nice restaurant provided seafood dishes...

If possible, get an apartment on the top floor, it is extremely noisy in your apratment, from the aprtment on top of you. Swimming pool close already 19.30 which is too early!

Its very noisy, because of the streetview and football place in the vivinity.

Friendly staff, clean accommodation, good location, close to beach and town center, basic cooking utensils provided.

everything was fine, fairly clean hotel, exceptionally nice location near the sea. asked for penthouse apartment and it was huge with a large balcony.

Noise from the street The top floor appartment was very warm, and no air conditioning. The gas cooker diddent work, (we were not informed in advance) and the electric cooker was not clean, and had no numbers on it, so the first nigth no dinner or coffee. ( I asked for a refund for this, but was told that it was a matter for the boos, and I diddent want to spend more time of my holiday on dealing with this) The staff scracthed the numbers in, so the second day the electric cooker could be used. The doors open only with a small key, and on the second day the key broke in the lock, so we had to wait for 3 hours to get in while the lock was drilled out by the staff.

The apartment was appointed with amenities that you cannot get with a hotel set-up. We were able to make breakfast and lunch( sandwiches) to pack for our excursions. There was also a fridge. It was comfortable for a family of 4. The apartment had a nice pool, which was nice when we were not at the beach or in town. We were 1 block from the beach. And 2 from the bus. You could very easily walk into Alghero(15 min) or walk to Maria Pia beach (10 min).

The noise. Located above a supermarket. There was alot of traffic. Early morning noise as trucks unloaded products( very noisy at 7 am!) Alot of noise at night- motorinos, people yelling in the streets, soccer field adjacent from hotel...this went on into late at night. Making it very hard to sleep. I cannot stress the noise enough...I Had not expected the noise to be so loud. Louder than all large European cities we have stayed in. The desk clerk was moderately helpful in providing any information about anything. She didn't even have any maps to share. She had a very unfriendly demeanor. Recommend finding apt in another location...there are many to rent!

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! the value for money was excellent. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the fantastic location in the outskirts of the city. The hotel is conveniently located next to a superb supermarket, which made it easy to grab any essentials I needed. The staff were very friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. The room was spacious and clean, with not just one but THREE huge balconies! It was a treat to have so much outdoor space to relax in. Another bonus was the breakfast, which was delicious and gave me a great start to each day.

It´s very noisy from the street when the supermarket had deliveries by truck at 7 in the morning.Ear plugs are mandatory ! Two of the beds were quite uncomfortable.

Great location, right beside the beach. Nice clean swimming pool. Close to shops. Staff friendly and helpful.

Was at the front over the road very noisey as with traffic and a building site accross the road. You could also hear furniture being moved.It would be a good idea to put felt or some covering on the legs of chairs/tables etc to reduce noise. The bathroom wasn't great,no shelves at all to put toiletries, no bin, no hooks to hangtowels. Also I had to ask to have the room serviced as they say its not policy to do it during the week? THere was no instructions in the apartment as to what to do with the rubbish, as there was 3 different bins. The 2nd key didn't fit the door. The beds were a bit springy and uncomfortable especially the sofa bed. All these things are minor and could be easily fixed.

The location, near the beach and an easy walk to the town centre was ideal. The apartment was clean and basic cooking utensils were provided, making our Easter holiday bearable.

The reception didn't tell us we had to do self-check-in before we arrived and they were only open for two hours a day. We were not impressed with the lack of a decent cleaning product in the kitchen and the hidden charge for city tax.
